Rules and Regulations

All events can be attempted AFTER a scheduled AR class (not during). Each person will be allowed three (3) attempts.

  • Bench Press: 1-rep, 1-second hold on chest before press
  • Squat: 1-rep, 90 degree hip to knee depth – straight bar or safety squat bar allowed
  • Deadlift: 1-rep, Rogue hex or olympic bar allowed
  • Sled Push: 10 yards, no restarts
  • Box Jump: Standing or 1 setup step ONLY – no running attempts
  • Broad Jump: Closest body extremity to line is measured
  • Vertical Jump: Standing attempts ONLY – no steps or running.
  • Treadmill: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – 6-seconds with 1% incline
  • Push Ups: Until failure – 90 degree arm bend and full extension
  • Planks: Until failure - on elbows with no resting or twisting allowed
