Designed for the active adult, our 60-minute classes are packed with strength, endurance and core training to challenge your body at any fitness level. Remember, there's is fit and then there's AR-FIT.
Athletes
Using strengh as the foundation, each class is designed to train running mechanics, plyometrics and speed development. We have proven protocols along with our master coaches to guide your athletes progressions.

It's more than "how much can you bench". AR Strong is strength training with an emphasis on functional bodyweight movements and techniques, using everything from free weights and kettle bells to bands, boxes and sleds.
