Endurance

High intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to elevate your heart rate and a focus on muscle endurance.

Bootcamp

A combindation of both HIIT and strength movements to keep your body in a state of continual metabolbic burn.

Strength

Resitance training, using bodyweight and equipment to build muscle strength and anaerobic endurance.

Linear Speed

At Athletic Republic, we teach speed. We improve your stride length and frequency, your knee drive, your hip position and your arm swing. You’ll be fluid and efficient, more powerful and better conditioned than your opponents.

Plyometrics

Strength does not equal power. At Athletic Republic, we train power. The more force you can produce and the faster you do it, the more you separate yourself from other athletes on the playing field.

AR Strong

It's not about "How much ya' bench" anymore. AR Strong is strength training with an emphasis on functional bodyweight movements and techniques, using everything from free weights and kettle bells to bands, boxes and sleds.
