AR-Fit

Taking our AR-Fit indoor classes to the great outdoors. All classes are packed with strength, endurance and core training to challenge your body at any fitness level. Remember, there's is fit and then there's AR-Fit.

Acceleration

Using strengh as the foundation, each class is designed to train running mechanics, plyometrics and speed development. 30 years of proven protocols along with our master trainers to guide your athletes progressions.

Private Training

Private training is available indoors at Athletic Republic. Work with our master trainers to bring you a personalized and customized training experience unlike any other. 1-1, family and couple sessions available, by appointment only.
